Promo is open to all HC Qwarta and Home Credit Card users who received a communication offer from Home Credit via its media channels (SMS, Push Notification, Email, and In-App Banner)

Mechanics:

1. SMART/TNT Home Credit Users in good credit standing who will buy and load participating Smart and TNT products via the My Home Credit App shall earn raflle entries for a chance to win prizes. An SMS notification shall be received on the total raffle entries earned by the account holders.

4. Winners can only win once.
5. All prizes are non-transferrable. Non-cash prizes are not convertible to cash.
6. Names of the winners will be announced on the My Home Credit App or via Social Media pages of Home Credit
7. Winners must bring the following to claim the prize:
   • 1 valid ID (SSS ID, Driver’s license, Passport, and other acceptable valid government-issued ID) with complete real name, age, gender, and picture.
   • Photocopy of valid ID
     *An authorized representative can claim the prize on behalf of the winner and must present the following:
     Signed authorization letter from the winner
     Photocopy of the Valid ID
     Valid ID of the authorized representative
8. Smart, GATE, and Home Credit employees and relatives up to 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified to join the raffle.
9. Redemption of prize is within sixty (60) calendar days upon receipt of notice (text/call/email). Prize/s not claimed within 60 days upon receipt of notification shall be forfeited in favor of Smart with approval from DTI-FTEB.
10. Each winner shall allow Home Credit to use his/her name or picture in its marketing communication materials.
11. Winners will be drawn via randomizer in the presence of representatives from Home Credit, Smart, and DTI on the date of the raffle.
12. Customers have up to seven (7) calendar days from the end of the promo to report possible disputes to Home Credit regarding the raffle entries earned. All aspects of the raffle promo are deemed final after this cut-off date.

1. Customer’s account must be active to be eligible for the promo.
2. HC Qwarta and Home Credit Card customers whose accounts become delinquent or terminated within the promo duration are disqualified from the promo.
3. Smart, Gate and Home Credit employees and relatives up to 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified to join the raffle.
4. Home Credit reserves the right to cancel transactions of accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent (i.e. abuse of system).
5. Any dispute concerning the product/s and/or service/s related to the promo offer shall be settled directly between the Customer and Home Credit with the concurrence of DTI.
6. By joining this promo, the user confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms & conditions.
